Yes and I even watch it during the actual service to ensure everything in the job order is done.

Currently, No.
But with all kinds of monkey business casas are pulling based on what I read here, I might have to attend to it myself in the future.

Yes. We must personally take it to the casa. We know our car better and we must know what they will do.

Technically, no since I don't avail of the dealership service.
But yes, I personally go to Mang Mario, Jemson, Ronald, and my other service guys. That's why I personally know them.

May 1st, 2011 12:27 AM #10Ako yung Starex lang ang pinapasok ko sa casa (Pitstop) since yun lang naman ang sasakyan namin na under warranty pa. Other cars either sa mekaniko sa office or dun sa talyer sa tapat ng work ko, pag medyo malaking trabaho (Japanese cars) dinadala ko sa Class A Motorcraft in Banawe area.
