any idea where this place is? apparently MC Malls Inc. will be putting up a specialty mall catering to anything ang everything about cars.

eto ba ung katabi ng Ortigas Home Depot? magkakaroon ako ng bagong tambayan nyan :D

yes, sa may tiendesitas yan- after ng home depot if you're coming from robinson's galleria.

i just saw an article kanina sa philippine star (nov 23) about that automall. parang one-stop siya for all your car needs. pero ang inemphasize sa article is for the new car buyer. andun na raw lahat ng kailangan mo. pati loob ng mall, may provision for test driving.

actually, sa may bandang julia vargas street yung automall. the whole place kasi (including tiendesitas) is bordered by ortigas, c5, and julia vargas. kung papasok ka from ortigas, bandang dulo pa yon. under construction pa the last time i passed there.

3 malls daw itatayo doon: auto mall, fusion mall, and alternative(?) mall.

di ba farther down pa ung tiendesitas? as in dulo ka pa ng julia vargas, then take a right into C5, then U-turn? or baka meron nang daan somwhere along J. vargas directly going to tiendesitas?

i'm not so sure kung may direct way from j. vargas. sa ortigas kasi ako parati dumadaan. kung from ortigas, yes, farther down pa yon, may sign naman na "to tiendesitas". turn right ka doon then dire-diretso lang, sa dulo yung automall na under construction- just before you reach j. vargas exit.

Will this be like those world-class structures/facilities???

So for next year (2006), this new mall along with the new SM Mall sa Roxas Blvd tapos yung isa pang structure na itatayo doon malapit sa Cats Motors and Ford Global City sa Fort Bonficacio (the one with the fancy looking-shape).

If these things would help our country (in one way or another), then I say bring it on.

    The future is looking brighter.

Sana may iba pa tong branches at hindi lang sa may Ortigas.I expect na yung mga car dealer franchise sa EDSA at Ortigas din ang mga magbebenta dyan.Sana makakuha ako ng puwesto dyan....

One thing that worries me is the cost of parts and labor when you have your car repaired at these malls. Considering the high rent, it might turn out to be expensive for most people. Let's hope they offer cost-effective service, with excellent quality and reasonable pricing.

yah, labor/service is bound to be pricier there, and i doubt if we'll see surplus shops there. banawe't evangelista pa rin bagsak natin :D
