anong magandang pang-rustproof sa mga nuts and bolts sa ilalim ng sasakyan, dito kasi nagsisimula ang corrosion. okey bang gamitin ang engine oil?

Actually, unless you replaced the bolts and nuts with substandard ones, they don't rust. Manufacturers use anodized bolts and nuts that just don't.

dito kasi naglalagay sila ng salt sa kalsada para wag magfrost yong daan kaya mostly yong nuts and bolts ang unang kinakalawang kahit pa yong original. gusto ko kasing lagyan ng kahit na konting langis or any sort of protection man lang in a few days. May nagsabi sa akin na okey daw yong engine oil na gamit na but I don't mind using kahit yong di pa gamit (yong mumurahing langis lang).

If that's the case, just use some grease and dab over it.

You can use a special type of grease commonly called "pneumatic grease", mostly use in oil and gas industry to protect the bolts and nuts to fuse caused by metal corrosion/errosion.

spary it with "ZincIt" (zinc it) cold anodizing paint. or why not undercoat the whole underbelly of your car? winter dyan ngayon, so make it a point to wash your vehicle at least every week.

Engine oil could harm the paint on the bolts (if painted) and area around it. Grease would be better.

wala yatang nag-uundercoat dito, wala pa kasi akong nakikitang gumagawa nito eh unless DIY.

merong spray-on teflon for bolts or yung rubberized undercoat in spray cans pwede rin.

sa bare metal you have to put some body-filler then lihain mo, tapos paint mo. wag mo pababayaan na exposed ang bare-metal tyak kakalawangin yan.

pare nasa US ka! punta ka sa Pep Boys or similar shops. meron dun rust converter, either in can or pen. yung pen it is like a felt tip pen, kulay yellow yata if i remember it right. lihain mo lang konti yung rust then "paint" it using the pen. maging color black yung rust/bare metal. then pwede mo na lagyan ng body filler (masilya sa ating mga pinoy), sand paper then spray paint. sabihin mo lang model, brand and color ng car mo alam na nila kung ano ang spray paint can na ibigay nila sa iyo. pag na-paint mo na then polish with rubbing compound, good as new ulit yan.
