    Hey guys,
    As I passed by Ford in Alabang, I saw a number of these on the dealership parking lot. Looks like they are going to compete with Honda Jazz... or huli lang ako sa balita? ;D

    Fiesta is a subcompact. The Focus is a full-sized (bwahhahahhaha... I'm so dumb) compact.

    The Fiesta is direct competition for the Jazz... I hope they are releasing it here... if I know Ford, they will be cheeeeeaaaap. :D :D :D

    is ford festiva a different car from fiesta?
    i remember ford festiva to be a kia pride look alike car (or i mean kia pride is a ford festiva look alike car ) when i first saw it in taiwan more than 10 years ago...

    is it still existing until now?

    The Ford Festiva is the Kia Pride, rebadged. The Kia Pride itself is a rebadged Mazda Demio, or 121.

    The Ford Fiesta is a sort of middle-of-the-road model... slotted right between the Festiva and the Focus.

    The Kia Pride is a rebadged version of 1980's Mazda 121 and Ford Festiva. I never heard of a Kia version of the Demio or Demio as a Kia Pride. Anyway, there is a Ford version of the Demio, they call it in Japan as Ford Ixion. Also, the old Ford Fiesta (late 1990's) was also badged as Mazda 121 in UK:D

    focus ba talaga yun? may plate number na ba? was it a sedan or an "MPV" type? kung may plate number na yun, malamang lumang focus yun...tail lights are like gen1 lynx? hmmm....lumang focus nga nakita mo.

    1990 Ford Festiva Turbo





    Power comes from a 1988 Mazda 323 GTX 1.6 DOHC Turbo engine fitted with a CT 26 unit off a MR2, Miata ported and shortened intake with 4 extra injectors controlled by an SDS EIC, front mount intercooler off a MR2, Turbo XS manual boost controller, Type H blow off valve, Bosch external fuel pump, and all the GTX's engine controls( ECU, knock control, etc.)

    It has since run a best 1/4 mile of 13.3 * 106 mph with big traction problems.

    Fiesta is a compact car while Focus is a sub-compact..u Kia Picanto is a rebadge Ford Fiesta diba?? Good.
