If they're filing suit over unexpected needed repairs, puwede.

But for jerking and delayed acceleration, that's a bit OA.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Lawyers see it differently.... a lawyer probably felt a sudden surge and his head hit the headrest a little heavier .... hospital record say slight concussion.

They probably have a strong case.

While Powershifts are indeed herky-jerky in traffic... disappointment with performance doesn't seem to me to be a valid basis for class action.

As long as the car delivers the advertised economy and performance and the manufacturer doesn't promise CVT-smooth acceleration, what are you going to charge them with? Making a worse transmission than competitors?

Kulang. If they're charging due to unreasonable running costs (frequent clutch pack changes and transmission re-calibrations), puwede pa.

Is that the nature of powershift? Was it advertised as herky jerky.. like yan ang expectation? Power jerk? And, hind ba mas madali masisira yan kung ganon?

If it slurs needlessly and gearshifts are abrupt, yes, it will wear down the clutch packs, eventually.

Waiting to see regarding this round of lawsuits (may mga bago na)... not looking great.

IMHO, the idea of Getrag to make the clutches "lifetime" on dual clutches was really stupid. AMT manufacturers at least accept that the clutches will wear out.

2017 titanium kinuha ko bro. Ung kadyot sometimes happe kung kaka-shift lang sa 2nd gear tapos biglang bitaw sa accelerator dahil matraffic. I think this is normal sa DCT kasi biglang downshift to 1st gear. Other than that walang akong ibang complain.

That is what I heard with the 2017 model. But then again driving habit could be a factor.
