    Guys, those are receiver tube covers which are used to cover and protect the receiver tube ng tow bar if not in use. Some are fancy covers like the one above. Draw-tite has a line of that. Linoloko ko nga Dad ko dati to install that propeller thingy when he had a Draw-tite installed sa Trooper niya...

    Kinda reminds me of the German Schwimmwagen in WW2.

    umiikot kaya yun? ok din yung isang nakita ko sa iababaw ng beetle, may malaking device cya sa taas ng bubng that looks like a key. mula tuloy wind up car.
