Ford Philippines is surely hitting the high scores this 2011. After posting their all-time best monthly sales last September, records show that the blue oval brand is on track at keeping their reputation as the Philippines' fastest growing automotive brand this month. With 834 units sold, Ford's October sales figures' leaped beyond anyone's wildest dreams with a 101% increase on a year-over-year basis.

Much of this triumph rests upon the strong following of the all-new Fiesta, Everest, and the newly-launched Explorer.

The subcompact Fiesta, which remains to be Ford's best-selling nameplate in the country, recently celebrated its First Anniversary and managed to sell 244 units this month which translates to a 154% jump. And since its launch a year ago, the FoFi has already racked up nearly 3,600 units in sales....

They should be able to overtake Honda by next year, especially once they release the new Ranger and Honda still sorting out their production after the flooding in Thailand.
