dun sa pagkabig - kung okay naman ang tire pressure, ipacheck mo ang wheel alignment.

regarding naman sa shocks - baka worn out na yung shocks mo at kailangan na palitan. much better if you bring it to a good mechanic para macheck nila.

oil change - normally every 5,000 kms

Check the shift bushings. The shift bushing of the Lynx is kinda soft and can wear down over time. It's only rubber, shouldn't be hard to replace.

Shocks aren't a big issue. You can get them at Mazford or Fordland in Banawe. Log on to http://forum.fordclubph.com ... the local Ford club, and ask around for advice on prices and where to buy. You might even get lucky and get a set of stock ones from a guy who's modifying for cheap, secondhand.

As for the "kabig" (which is what I assume you're talking about)... the Lynx has a very sensitive steering rack. This makes it great to drive, but many alignment guys can't get it completely right. I suggest you go to an alignment place (only after you fix the shocks) and have them do wheel alignment and steering alignment. Go out and test-drive, then fix as necessary. With the Lynx, it often takes two or three tries to get it right.

Congrats on your purchase. For any other problems, don't hesitate to ask at the ford club... daming lynx owners dun who can help.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Hi! My city driving for a Ghia 2000 A/T is only 6.5km/liter. Is this normal? I am also very conservative when it comes to acceleration (to keep gas consumption low). Any comments?
