Nestle Pro Weight (0% fat) - Mango

Trust me, you are not losing anything eating Pro Weight over the regular Nestle yogurt. I like the taste of the Pro Weight, even if the regular has more fat in it (which should supposedly make it taste better).

I like it plain because flavored ones are expensive.

It's Php150 per half gallon here.

Frozen yogurt? My girlfriend and I are fans of The White Hat.

Qoola is also nice, a close second. The difference with Qoola is they have flavors for their frozen yogurt. Most places have it plain.

For grocery-bought yogurt, Nestle Fruit Selection yogurt is good. If you can stretch the budget, there are European yogurt brands that are better too (just forgot them)

i like Activia yogurts from Danone most.
sa ph naman yung Nestle berries gusto ko.
haven't tried any frozen yogurt in malls yet.

ey guys, if you've been to Vietnam, the best ang yoghurts nila doon as in ang sarap ng lasa talaga compared to ours. they don't even need to freeze their yoghurts just to make it more palatable. kahit yung nasa grocey lang na parang nestle yoghurt nila, Vinamilk ang tatak (Vinamilk is like their Nestle, every dairy product ata may Vinamilk na gawa). sobrang sarap. people eat it with bread or sometimes put it in their coffee. yeah parang weird na coffee and yoghurt, but try putting plain yoghurt in your iced coffee, masarap!

i was in vietnam for 5 months last year, and Vinamilk yoghurt lagi breakfast ko hehe

girlfriend ko na aadik dito. white hat, red mango, tapos meron pa ung ang price niya is per weight. kahit anong toppings ilagay mo basta per weight ang bayad. hehehe
