Why are sea mantis put in plastic bottles

I always see sea mantis in plastic bottles in aquariums of seafood restaurants? What's the purpose of this?

mantis shrimps are territorial and will wreak havoc inside a tank if set loose. their appendages are so powerful, they can crush or blow away corals, rocks, clams or other crustaceans. and most of all, catching them wouldn't be easy for they are eluding artists. getting them with bare hands might cause serious damage nor inflict pain. there are stories that they can break aquarium glass.

Ahhhh..tagal ko na rin gusto alamin to, tsaka sea mantis pala tawag dun, kala ko some sort of lobster related organism...dami nga ganyan sa mga seafood and chinese restaurants
