^ok... 1st 2 years ko kasi sa SG, I would even handcarry a sansrival ng redribbon

year 3 onwards, Purple Oven na.

    kaya palagi kong naiisip kung...

    • umarte lang ako
    • mas masarap talaga Sansrival ng Purple Oven/Estrels
    • sumama quality ng Red Ribbon

    hehehe

In 2005, after 26 years of growing the business, the couple made the difficult decision to sell Red Ribbon to Jollibee Foods Corporation. The sale also opened a new chapter for the family, which led them to discover Amici, a small canteen in Don Bosco run by an Italian priest. Known for its pizza, pasta, and gelato, Amici became their next venture in 2007.

However, transitioning from a self-service canteen to a commercial restaurant proved to be more challenging than expected. By 2009, the couple decided to separate the gelato and cake business from Amici and created a new brand—Caramia.
