    hi guys

    with my very hectic schedule.. i really dont have enough time to go to gym

    so instead i do Yoga at home and of course im looking for some herbal or foods that will help me to lessen my weight


    so far

    im only experimenting Ginger Tea
    and eating Papaya



    any inputs guys..

    Tol , iba pa rin ang natural na exercise walking kung may pagkakataon ka na oras . Sa pagkain gulay at isda bawas sa kanin.

    already taking up yoga as alternative for my cardio


    -not much in rice half rice lang ako nowadays
    - taking up fibers like ginger tea

    - madalas din ako sa gulay at fish not too much sa karne

    minimize or totally eliminate carbo type food from your daily intake like rice, pasta, noodles and bread.

    increase exercise like walking (or threadmill) even for 15 to 30 minutes a day.

    have more ***.

    dito sa bahay namin weekdays vegetables and fish only as a way to help the planet, sa dami ng kinain ko nung holidays wala ako na gain at all.

    -heavy breakfast
    -drink enough or more water
    -avoid softdrinks
    -avoid fastfood

    My weight last january 2010 was 185 lbs. now 135 lbs na lang ako...what i did are the following:1. I run/jog 45 minutes, 4 times a week. 2. From monday to saturday fruits and veggies only with one cup of rice every meal...if you can do without rice... the better. Sundays is my splurge day, i eat all i want...crispy pata. kare kare, ice cream etc... 3. Drink lots of water avoid cola drinks.

    just drink hot water after every meal. if nasa resto, request for hot water.

    yes every meal, if not every time you drink, hot water lagi.

    hot water cleans digestive system.

    if digestive system is always clean, your body is always at optimum performance so mas magalaw ka.

    during summer or biking under the sun, drink hot water also. kahit gano pa kainit.

    the good thing about this is you can eat what you want coz hot water helps dillute it.

    hot tea is ok as long as there is not sweetener, hence, iced tea is the #1 belly rounder.

    whenver i see people with salbabida around the the stomach area na hindi naman mukang alcoholic, i instantly know that they are iced tea drinkers.

    coke light is safer than iced tea bec. it's zero calories but the problem with coke light is it multiplies your cravings. so light nga ang coke, pero kakain ka naman ng kakain.

    juices keep away from it, it ang pinaka-fattening talaga. most people say its healthy but i don't believe so. fruits are healthy but as long as you eat it fresh and maintain one fruit every meal.

    coffee is good if you need thinking in work or you need to power up in gym. but coffee with dairy is entirely different matter. i'm not saying coffee with dairy is unhealthy but you have to compensate, if the work will be strenuous or will require too much thinking, coffee with dairy is recommended as it will also help your bones.

    Don't ever ever drink Starbucks or CBTL cold drinks, it's like eating a pint of ice cream in one sitting equivalent to two 5k runs. drink regularly and say goodbye to a simple healthier life.

    magugulat ka na lang you'll buy more expensive clothes to compensate you palaki na palaki mo body.

    you'll get bigger cars coz hindi kana kakasya sa vios.

    you'll always want to go to spas and massages parlors, coz you'll always feel uneasy with your skin.

    OB is that you?

    Yung trainer ko sa gym dati instead of water he takes iced tea because of the caffeine. Ginaya ko naman but it stained my teeth so I stopped taking colored drinks or when I do I use a straw.

    Green iced tea na ko ngayon kasi bukod sa wala ng color, masarap pa
