Food trip! at P3.00* anyone who have tasted it? Ako nawili ako sa may palengke sa min.
Even in banawe, tabi-tabi sila.
I know squids are high in cholesterol but seems ito ata ang nagpapasarap.

Squid is low in fat. Only 1.4 grams per 3 1/2-ounce serving. Each serving also has 92 calories, 15.6 grams of protein, 233 mg. of cholesterol, 0.5 gram of omega-3 fatty acids and 44 mg. of sodium.
Squid has the dubious reputation among seafood as being the one with the most cholesterol per serving. If you are on a cholesterol-restricted diet, you should consider moderating your intake of squid.

Nung umakyat kami ng Baguio, andaming nagtitinda dun ng inihaw na calamares. Pero P10 isa, siguro kasi medyo malaki. One thing I hate about squid eh sometimes parang goma pag over-cooked.

If that's the case, then hindi rin pala lahat ng nakaka-afford sa kanila ay hindi frugal mag-isip...
