I tried this. Naintriga kse ako when I saw it at the grocery eh! hehehe! Here's what I think: I tastes way better than Coke Light (I just hate the after-taste). It's similar to Coke regular but you'd know which is which. Pepsi Max is ok but I think Coke Zero tastes better for me.

    Please check this.
While Aspartame is bad for people with phenylketonuria or taking medication that aspartame may interfere with, none of those other effects have actually been proven in clinical studies.

Still, all things in moderation. If you suspect that you are allergic to aspartame, just go ahead and drink water.

I think I prefer Coke Light better. Coke Zero seems to be between Coke and Pepsi Max... a little on the sweet side for my taste. Now if they toned the sugar down a bit, it would be spot on as a Coke substitute.

The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days.

    Coca Cola

    COKE

    * In many states (in the USA), the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
    * You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.
    * To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
    * To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
    * To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
    * To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
    * To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. I wouldn't do this, though, if it breaks down metals, what's it adding to the gravy from the aluminum foil?
    * To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains.
    * It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
    * Farmers in India have discovered that common colas, like Coke and Pepsi, can be sprayed on crops and function as an effective and affordable pesticide. Although the Coca-Cola corporation says this is impossible, literally hundreds of farmers now claim the soft drinks kill the bugs on their cotton plants as well as any other pesticide. http://www.organicconsumers.org/toxic/pop.cfm

    FYI:
    1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days.
    2. The commercial trucks carrying Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) must use the "Hazardous Material" place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
    3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!

Just tried Coke Zero. It's quite good compared to Pepso Max. Mas gumuguhit lang ito sa lalamunan.

bro vlad, ako di ko pa rin na-try ang zero pero eto daw ang difference ng isa sa isa

Coke Zero has 2 types of sugar substiute while Diet Coke only has one type of sugar substitute. Also, Coke Zero has ZERO calories while Diet Coke, oddly enough, still contains one calorie.

100% less calories than Coke Light! 1 calorie? That's 1/10th of one piece of Skyflakes... Coke Light must really be unhealthy.

    Sigh...

    http://www.snopes.com/cokelore/tooth.asp

The question is... how much phosphoric acid? And how long do you keep Coke in your mouth?

Calamansi will dissolve a nail faster. It's got a higher level of acid than Coca-Cola. That's why street-stall jewelry sellers often dip their stuff in a tub of water with a piece of calamansi in it... to prove that it's really gold and not just gold-colored metal.

    As for the other items:

    3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years! Drink up! No joke. Think what coke and other soft drinks do to your teeth on a daily basis. A tooth will dissolve in a cup of coke in 24-48 hours.
Origins: Many of the entries above are just simple household tips involving Coca-Cola, as provided by Joey Green in his 1995 book Polish Your Furniture with Panty Hose and on his web site. That you can cook and clean with Coke is relatively meaningless from a safety standpoint — you can use a wide array of common household substances (including water) for the same purposes; that fact alone doesn't necessarily make them dangerous to ingest. Nearly all carbonated soft drinks contain carbonic acid, which is moderately useful for tasks such as removing stains and dissolving rust deposits (although plain soda water is much better for some of these purposes than Coca-Cola or other soft drinks, as it doesn't leave a sticky sugar residue behind). Carbonic acid is relatively weak, however, and people have been drinking carbonated water for many years with no detrimental effects.

The rest of the claims offered here are specious. Coca-Cola does contain small amounts of citric acid and phosphoric acid; however, all the insinuations about the dangers these acids might pose to people who drink Coca-Cola ignore a simple concept familiar to any first-year chemistry student: concentration. Coca-Cola contains less citric acid than does orange juice, and the concentration of phosphoric acid in Coke is far too small (a mere 11 to 13 grams per gallon of syrup, or about 0.20 to 0.30 per cent of the total formula) to dissolve a steak, a tooth, or a nail overnight. (Much of the item will dissolve eventually, but after a day or two you'll still have most of the tooth, a whole nail, and one very soggy T-bone.)

Besides, the gastric acid in your stomach is much stronger than any of the acids in Coca-Cola, so the Coca-Cola is harmless.

The next time you're stopped by a highway patrolman, try asking him if he's ever scrubbed blood stains off a highway with Coca-Cola (or anything else). If you're lucky, by the time he stops laughing he'll have forgotten about the citation he was going to give you.
If you're really worried about acids... stop using calamansi. Calamansi is at least two or three times more acidic than Coke...

I'm not saying that softdrinks are healthy. I've had to cut down on my intake because they have had a negative effect on my health. But c'mon, let's not be ridiculous.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

niky, baka masama ang coke pag ginagargle o pag minumumog.
and imho, vinegar's citric acid is also stronger than coke... so yung mga mahihilig na magsabaw dyan ng paksiw ng bangus....
