Diet Sodas are completely sugarless... and zero calories, to boot. The only thing is, they contain sodium and potassium... if you're not careful, if you drink too much soda, your sodium levels will go up. Moderation din ang kailangan.
Coke Zero actually tastes more like regular Coke than Coke Light... but it seems to be on the sweet side (a little bit sweeter than Coke, but not as bad as Pepsi Max... ugh...). My wife says it has less aftertaste than Coke Light, but the "new" Coke Light has very little aftertaste compared to the old Coke Light anyway.
I prefer the Coke Light blend. less sweetener, more of that caffeine kick... which is the one reason I prefer Coke over Pepsi. Honestly... softdrinks taste like crap. I only drink them for the caffeine buzz...

I really think it tasted more like coke light than regular coke.
Sana gumawa sila yung walag tamis talaga. Ang tamis pa rin kse like pepsi max (sobrang tamis!).
Parang forgettable din ang lasa.

While Aspartame is bad for people with phenylketonuria or taking medication that aspartame may interfere with, none of those other effects have actually been proven in clinical studies.
Still, all things in moderation. If you suspect that you are allergic to aspartame, just go ahead and drink water.
I think I prefer Coke Light better. Coke Zero seems to be between Coke and Pepsi Max... a little on the sweet side for my taste. Now if they toned the sugar down a bit, it would be spot on as a Coke substitute.

The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days.

Coca Cola
COKE
* In many states (in the USA), the highway patrol carries two gallons of Coke in the truck to remove blood from the highway after a car accident.
* You can put a T-bone steak in a bowl of coke and it will be gone in two days.
* To clean a toilet: Pour a can of Coca-Cola into the toilet bowl and let the "real thing" sit for one hour, then flush clean. The citric acid in Coke removes stains from vitreous china.
* To remove rust spots from chrome car bumpers: Rub the bumper with a crumpled-up piece of Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil dipped in Coca-Cola.
* To clean corrosion from car battery terminals: Pour a can of Coca-Cola over the terminals to bubble away the corrosion.
* To loosen a rusted bolt: Applying a cloth soaked in Coca-Cola to the rusted bolt for several minutes.
* To bake a moist ham: Empty a can of Coca-Cola into the baking pan, wrap the ham in aluminum foil, and bake. Thirty minutes before the ham is finished, remove the foil, allowing the drippings to mix with the Coke for a sumptuous brown gravy. I wouldn't do this, though, if it breaks down metals, what's it adding to the gravy from the aluminum foil?
* To remove grease from clothes: Empty a can of coke into a load of greasy clothes, add detergent, and run through a regular cycle. The Coca-Cola will help loosen grease stains.
* It will also clean road haze from your windshield.
* Farmers in India have discovered that common colas, like Coke and Pepsi, can be sprayed on crops and function as an effective and affordable pesticide. Although the Coca-Cola corporation says this is impossible, literally hundreds of farmers now claim the soft drinks kill the bugs on their cotton plants as well as any other pesticide. http://www.organicconsumers.org/toxic/pop.cfm
FYI:
1. The active ingredient in Coke is phosphoric acid. Its pH is 2.8. It will dissolve a nail in about 4 days.
2. The commercial trucks carrying Coca-Cola syrup (the concentrate) must use the "Hazardous Material" place cards reserved for highly corrosive materials.
3. The distributors of coke have been using it to clean the engines of their trucks for about 20 years!
