JR burgers taste ok for me. Not so special but not bad as well.

But for similar prices, I prefer other American franchises like Chilis or TGIF. Better ambiance also as JR is more like a fast-food to me.

Johnny Rockets is a fastfood - Yes
Johnnny Rockets taste - Average (nothing to die for)
Johnny Rockets outlets - already closing shops in some parts of So Cal. Trying to penetrate Asian markets as they are losing steam in mainland US.

In-n-Out is still top of the heap.

I don't mind splurging sometimes but I think it cost me almost 500 pesos for a burger meal over there and it wasn't very good. Soda was already 100 pesos yata.

Its probably better to cross the street and eat at Stacker's burger instead. At least they have free WIFI over there.
