    been baking my own pizzas since 99 using Bambi crusts. i don't like bambi pero walang iba eh.

    nag-try ako na mag prep ng sariling dough, and whaddaya know, lumiit habang binebake. badtrip! nagtapon tuloy lahat ng toppings. yung 14 incher dough, naging 9 inches na lang!

    ano ba recipes ng dough nyo jan? pa-share naman.

    yan ba ung brand na nasa grocery?.. alam ko dame choices sa cherry fooderama nun pumunta kame dun.. may mga toppings na din ung iba..

    mom ko may recipe siya ng pizza dough e. consistency is the same as d'marks pizza..ill try to look for it..

    dough na lang talaga ang stumbling block ko eh. i figured out everything na, including how to duplicate even yellow cab's new york style (the secret is in the garlic...apply liberally, hehe). been making my own magoo's everything on it for years na din, hehe.

    Flour # 01
    Yeast
    Bread Improver
    Iodized Salt
    Anchor Milk Powder

    Try to get if its available there in the market, especially the bread improver, i'm using "PURATOS" brand.. Once you got all the items...i'll give you the specs... K? Gowww!

    ewan ko lang kung meron sa supermarket ninyo ito.. try the brand: village gourmet.. better than bambi but still iba pa rin yung sariling gawang dough..

    pizza lover... never tried to bake or to cook any food... microvables lang alam ko... anyway... pag may perfect recipe ipost niyo na... hehehehe

    NOT TRUE! EVER SINCE I'VE USED BAMBI PIZZA ITS JUST PERFECT, BUT IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE DOUGH WHY USE IT? SO DUMB. NOT A GOOD SOURCE...

    ^i've been using bambi pizza dough for my hubcaps. very good and reliable. i wonder how they taste though?

    search wolfgang puck's pizza dough recipe. very very simple. he always mentions this when he cooks pizza in his shows.

    but he will always point out that you need a pizza stone to make a good pizza.

    We were making budget pizzas not so long ago, pan de sal lang plus swift pizza sauce. Pwede na pagtiyagaan
    pag nag crave ako, pandesal, catsup, cheese, onions. oven cook. amazing!
