Malaki pagkakaiba ng pagtimpla namin ni better half ng cafe, but i noticed na pag timplahan nya ako i usually ask for another cup. but kung gayahin ko timpla nya (nakikita ko kasi kung gaano kadami - a least more or less) -which is milder eh ayaw ko ng lasa. kaya balik ako sa kagawian kong timpla which is stronger.

    then sa 3 and 1.

ngayon almost 2yrs na balik sa nescafe classic. but this time eh parang na-aadik yata ako sa cafe. panay-panay eh. hay naku. kayo ba anong trip nyo sa coffee nyo?

I am a coffee drinker with strong taste. Let say, 4 or more cups a day. Cant start the day w/o it.

i go brewed. i have a coffeemaker and i buy beans (or at least, someone buys for me) twice a week.

i take in my coffee after waking up, and around an hour later while driving, tapos isa pa, pag dating ko dito sa office. pag sinwerte, meetings at SB, where i take in my last load.

    For me, perfect cup:

    beans in an air-tight container
    grind per consumption
    brew or espresso

What about using a French press? Mas matapang ba kaysa sa regular brewed sa coffee maker? Di ko pa kse na-try eh.

at the same time using high-grade beans such as:

    blue mountain
our local barako (original roast) & amadeo blend
    indonesia
    kenya
    south america/brazil

eto opinion ko lang: basta't mamahalin na beans masarap, you can't go wrong. again im specifically pertaining to coffee beans.

Eto, not original concept pero gawa ko...

For coffee lovers its good to invest in a decent home-use espresso machine.

I store coffee beans (from Sagada) as they have longer shelf life in bean-form.

And then, I grind them just before making brewed coffee. (There was a manual grinder that I bought from Gourdo's some months ago if I feel like doing it manually. Else, I use an electrical coffee grinder). Add some coffee creamer and brown sugar and a couple of cookies, with my better half beside me (who also drinks coffee) and some sweet chat,- what a peaceful and rewarding experience!

the beans should be stored in an airtight container and should be consumed in three months. tapos while brewing, you should use distilled water so hindi affected yung taste.
