I'm just wondering if anyone have a special cooking knife? I usually just buy from department store around less than ₱1k. Ok naman sya it last for years pero problem ko I need to sharpen it after few uses.
Now I'm seeing these knives at amazon that cost more than $200 may mga Japanese name and may etch pa, one I remember is damascus. I wonder if the price of those are just for the etch, or the price is also because it stays sharp longer than cheap ones. Maybe it's using special metal?
