    the kare kare from this new-ish restaurant in maginhawa (#110) is great! buntot! lambot! tumaas nga altapresyon ko dahil dinumog ko yung bagong sa sarap...

    imho lahat ng pagkain ay masarap depende nga lang sa pagkakaluto, pag hindi maganda ang pagkakaluto, dun na inaayawan ng mga kumakain, sa ganang akin lamang pow...

    I tried fermented soy bean (natto) in Japan. Kung gaanong kabaho, ganun din kasagwa ang lasa. Super acquired taste siguro yun. Pero binebenta yun sa kombini like 7-11.

    My first experience with nattou was through dried nattou.
    Dried nattou is served in JAL as an inflight snack, like peanuts.
    Dried nattou has the nattou taste but without the stink and the slimy texture.

    Ano tawag dun sa ulam made from bamboo shoots? Na pag di tama pagka luto eh napaka baho? Ginataang Labong ba tawag dun?
