first meal i had the last time we went to HK was a bowl of congee from Hoc Kee. Ibang level talaga, ipares mo pa ng HK noodles and crispy fish skin. Heaven.
Anyone can make congee; it takes a master to make real good congee
Somebody told me me Hoc Kee daw sa Boni; can anyone confirm?
