    Hmmm these are the Exotic Dish i Tried:

    Pangasinan Jumping Salad : Live Shrimp w/ kalamansi or kunuskos na hilaw na mangga... they keep on jumping....

    Isabela Pritong Crickets : An insect usually comes out after Palay harvest season, inaalis yung pakpak then just fried....

    Binalonan Pinikpikan : Duck being put to death by the use of wood paddle (killing me softly >>> guilty as charge sa cruelty to animal) then butchered,niluluto na merong sabaw or either adobo like...

    Pozorrubio ,Pangasinan "Kinigtot"(ginulat)

    Pozorrubio, Pangasinan Rice Field Rat Adobo

    Pangasinan Bayawak Adobo

    Kayo have you tried any? share naman nyo...

    Nasubok ko na yong adobong bayawak, at froglegs. Okay naman. Pero may na-feature sa TV dati, sa LaPaz Tarlac, iyong adobong paniki. He-he-he! Ano kaya lasa nun?

    kinilaw na butete na pinakain sa akin ng mga counterparts ko sa shanghai.

    I've eaten a lot of exotics. Some are prohibited by law like the Kinilaw na giant clam(taklobo in Zambal), fried nautilus(lagang in Zambal - Hehehe Aphrodisiac), Adobong Phil Monkey, Adobong Musang, Tapang Usa, Adobong Sawa, Adobong Phil Mongrel(Native Dogs), different kinds of fried insects(They were sold in the streets of Bangkok. I love those taste-like-green-peas bamboo worms and the minty crickets although I haven't taste those Cobras), Adobo Ricefield Rats, Fried Frog legs, Ginataang Moray Eel, Grilled Star-Fish, Grilled octopus, Grilled Nemo and Dory, hehehe. Dami na pala.

    think there a similat thread, ive tried all of the above and more=) the best yet is live wood worms from palawan, tsaka yun bettles, worms na ginawang shake at pinainum sa amin when i joined fear factor live

    nag-climb kami before .. nakalimutan ko na kung anong bundok .. sa banahaw ata .. nagluluto kami ng sinigang sa campsite .. nakita namin may palaka sa ilalam ng soup .. tawanan lang kami dahil paubos na yung soup nung nadiscover namin .. sarap na sarap pa naman nung kain namin .. hehe ..

    I'm thinking of trying the adobong buwaya... me nabibenta kasi dito sa supermarket na karne nito ... although na try ko na yong bawaya na bakwa...it taste good.

    tangshyet yan sabi sakin longanisa daw yung sahog....shyet!

    :lol: Longganisa ng baka. :lol:

    Masarap din ang lugaw with mata ng baka, dun sa mga gotohan sa ilalim ng Blumentritt LRT station ka makakatikim nito, malasa din siya, just don't look when they're slicing the cow's eye in front of you. Night time lang available ito.
