honestly and seriously, we don't prepare so much during christmas
eve. we just considered it as ordinary day in terms of food preparation.
yung tama lang. basta merong ham, cheese and bread unlike new year's
eve na medyo mas marami.
Kadalasan kumakain kami sa labas mga 7pm, pagdating ng hating gabi may BBQ, Spagetti, Fried Chicken, San Mig Light, Red wine, assorted cakes, lahat bili sa labas o bigay lang![]()
hindi mawawala ang sopas.. haha ewan ko ba bakit every christmas may sopas kami.. tuwing christmas lang kami naghahanda ng sopas
wala kami siguro. dito kasi kami ng kapatid ko sa Saudi. walang masarap na pork ham. so we plan to have fun na lang and salubong sa pasko sa Bahrain. At least dun may happenings. after christmas kasi, bday ko naman. hehe.
Palabok, empanada, crab rangoon, lechon kawali, plus ready-made eggnog!
There may also be pork siopao.
Or, it may be similar to this minus BBQ. I'm not grilling on Christmas.

Lulutuin ko mamaya,buttered shrimp, beef shanghai, 2 roasted chicken (eto matagal, our oven can only handle one at a time, one chicken is 2 hours prep and roast minimum), kung pao pasta (although baka bukas na to Since my wife will bake lasagna. Then my daughter will samgyup beef strips. My wife will also make a fruit salad. Just picked up a cake for tonight, baked by my wife's friend.

I was cooking for our family since I was in elem. Four boys kami magkakapatid at ako lang naka hilig sa pagluluto - Tuwang tuwa siguro nanay ko kasi 430AM gigising ako para magsaing. Then 6Am luto ng ulam.
When I reached college, dun ako nag explore ng ibang putahe. Sa mga ka-inuman ko pinapa taste test...so yes kaya magagaling magluto ang mag iinom....and may mga sekreto pa yang mga yan....like yung tyuhin ko nagluluto, nung tnanong ko kung paano at anong lahok ---ayaw sabihin hahaha
Yung noche buena niyo puro order, hindi home cooked.
