Any garlicky flavored longganisa. Don't like sweet also.

Just remember that right now, don't eat them if you plan to go out of the house afterwards. You don't want to burp while wearing a mask

I thought magkaiba yung cabanatuan longga sa batutay? Yung BFF ko kasi, may nakita sa FB nagbebenta ng longga, iba yung cabanatuan sa batutay

    Pinakamahal yung batutay

medyo mura na nga sya dahil 250 pesos/500g at beef pa.

yung vigan longganisa di masyadong mabili dito sa amin. mas masarap yung lokal naguilian, la union longganisa whether garlic o sweet flavor sya

Pinaka masarap na natikman ko longga sa San Jose, Nueva Ejica, pero pasadya Yun sa isang stall sa palengke. Garlicky, Hindi sweet at tama ang meat/fat ratio.

I believe original bagnet has no seasoning. They just get the flavor from the used oil they use? Tama ba?

My relatives cook bagnet with some salt. Other than that, wala na. It's not necessarily used oil, too.

Interesting, salt lang and wala na iba seasoning? Then hindi used oil ang gagamitin? So basically bagnet is just fried pork with salt?

If you like those, you'd like Alaminos, Calumpit, Cabanatuan and Tugeugarao

BTW, I don't like travelling pero I wanna go to my favorite longganisa places

    Hindi ko gusto Tuguegarao longanisa.

May natikman na ako na longganisa from Pangasinan pero taga Binalonan yung nagbigay. Sarap na sarap din ako.

Ayoko sa longanisa yung matamis, sobrang asim, at sobra sa garlic. Hahilig ako sa garlic pero wag sobra sobra at dapat luto.
