breast, less fat, when we cook it at home we remove the skin=)

you can prepare chix breast w/o the breast less the fat and its UNfried chix, soak and coat the chix breast with sour cream for an hour, put bread crumbs and bake it with olive oil for 25-30 min, it would taste like fried chix, less the fat, more of the taste
