yung Samurai Balls(takoyaki) gusto ko sana magfranchise nun...

Ang rent ata sa ganun kalaki na stall eh 30thou plus.....tapos may percent pa SM pag naka-kota kayo....

Swerte yung sa SM North na may pwesto dun...Kung ganun kalakas eh ok lang kahit 30thou a month....

the worst stall na nakita ko is banana que frosted with chocolate and crispies. What the Ef! No wonder nalugi mukhang ebak =))

my sis and i have a stall in sm manila, basic rent is 27k plus CUSA, yung sa monthly percentage may computation sila for maximum na percentage, once you reach that, let's say 2000 pesos yung percentage sa gross sales mo, yun lang add sa basic rent mo.

an mahirap lang sa SM is that your personnel have to be college graduates, looks presentable ( maputi, No missing front teeth) we had 2 applicants ok na sana since they had working experience in the food business na din, pero nung pinapunta na namn sa SM, bagsak yung isa since hindi college grad, the other, maitim daw kasi at may bunge... isip ko tuloy discrimination yun ah, and yet SM caters to this the masa...

well its their policy and we just rent a stall there so wala kami magawa, kahit na ok yung tao di namin ma hire. They also require you to change personnel every 5.5 months.

Grapal talaga SM according to my auntie who also has a stall in the food courts. Sabi nya if SM decides to open on a certain holiday and you decide not to open your shop then you get a huge penalty. Atsaka teka muna, college graduates for a food cart vendor di pa underemployment na yun.... Mas ok daw sa Robinsons and Ayala malls mas hindi one-sided

ah forgot about the penalties, all malls have this policy that if you are not going to open on a certain day you have to give notice in advance and a good reason or may penalty. if you open late, you're also charged with penalties. pero malakas talga hatak pag nasa sm ka, ours is located in front of the supermarket so paglabs from the cashier kita agad, or yung mga nag iintay ng mga kasama nag grocery.

remember one time ther was this crazy man who held hostage a school bus near manila city hall, that created a traffic mess in the area, na late yung tauhan namin na may dala ng susi, well we were still charge with penalty for opening late. pero nabawi naman sa lakas ng benta for that day hehehe
