im from tagaytay...just take the main road going to batangas..then..when you see taal vista lodge and Mcdo..your getting close..it will be on your left side....you wont miss it..regarding gourmet cafe..its the other side...so...if coming from sta rosa exit...go towards tagaytay..when you get to the rotonda of tagaytay (where there is 7-11 and some shop), turn right..that will go towards silang cavite and manila..gourmet cafe is around less than 3-5km and it will be on your right...
