Here's how I make banana split:

One scoop strawberry ice cream
One scoop chocolate ice cream
One big banana split in half (placed on the side of the dish)
Whipped cream
candy sprinkles

Neither... adding condensed or evaporated milk will just ruin it. You already have whipped cream and ice cream.
