It's not that popular in Singapore actually, common, yes, but not sought after by locals... They're not that into beef here.

Main reason for long lines here (pretty much any resto during lunch hours) is that nobody brings food to work...

It's a very satisfying meal, though...

Dunno, when I was in SG, the nearby branch of pepper lunch was almost always full during dinner. (I was in other areas during luch time though)

Don't mix the beef right away, para lumutong yung base...

    Magkano ba dyan?

yup, meron nga sa food court level ng rockwell katabi ng kenny rogers, sa dating pwesto ng shakey's; across the rustan's supermarket.

and yes, mahaba ang pila pag lunch at dinner pag weekedays and mas mahaba pag weekends.

i've tried this in bangkok last january. and then in rockwell this month lang. dapat maaga kayo pumunta, tipong 11-1130am or 6pm para di kasabay sa crowd. ganyan din sa bangkok.

Ate there (Pepper Lunch Powerplant) last friday. Didn't liked it that much. Nasa 300+ to 600+ ang per order. Talagang mangangamoy ang suot mo afterwards.

Almost ate there when we were at Powerplant one weekend. However, I find the prices to be ridiculous for something that can hardly be called fine dining.

Dun na lang ako sa Sizzling Pepper Steak; never mind if it's the local version. The prices are way more reasonable, and kumakapit din naman sa damit yung amoy eh.

I tried one in bangkok...nothing special...just a strips of beef sirloin with butter and sweet garlic soy sauce on patented sizzling plate daw...we ate there because of curiosity lang. There is also a philippine sgt. pepper owned by pancake house group...their beef is like bubble gum.

It is nothing special, sa Pinas I'm sure the excitement will die down very soon.

That's ABSURD pricing... Standard Pepper Lunch dito sa SG goes for around S$6-7 lang, that's 180-200 pesos, and that's SG local price na... Even the sirloin steak costs less than 500php...
