I'm watching All You Can Eat - Sausages at History channel. The combination they do in in sausage sandwich, coleslaw, jalapeņo, mustard, chili, caramelized onion, etc. Nakakatakam!
It seems it taste better from the "everything on it hotdog" na nabibili ko sa smokeys. S&R have a decent sausage where you can put mayo catsup pickle relish and onion. But still it seems it isn't as good as the one I see in this show. And yeah, 7-11 and Ministop hotdog sandwich are the worst.
So I want to taste the best hotdog in town, San ba ko makakakita? Mala gourmet hotdog.

I love Earle's (greenbelt 1) and Sabrett (shang mall)! I also like hapadog, the french guy who makes sausages and the one at the corner both at Salcedo as well as the sausage place that sets up in front of Glorietta 3. Sorry I can't remember the names at the moment. There used to be a German place in QC where they had a very good sausage platter served with lots of sauerkraut but sadly it's gone now.

Not exactly in Manila but mention ko lang: back in the day one of the regular stops in our Cebu trips was Vienna Kaffehaus. Suki kami sa weinerli, hungarian, krainer sausages. Dinner at 7pm, then midnight snack at 9pm. Iba talaga metabolism namin dati. Ah youth...
Somewhere in Oslob there's this resort/hotel owned by a German. Forgot the name, i call it "Germantown". OK din mga sausages niya. Owner(s) seem to be bikers.

eat all you can kayo ng mga hotdog, libre! mekeni, swift, cdo, mga hotdog na never heard. pati ata hotdog na gawa sa tao makakain niyo dun. kahit tocino meron. tumatakas ako sa opis kakain ako ng isang baldeng hotdogs! sarap! patay kung patay.

sila ermats nagpapadala sakin ng mga smoked turkey, wurst, etc. ang dami, puwede ka ng mamatay sa alat at cholesterol yung tipong pag binuksan ko yung vaccum pack nalalaway nako, inuupakan ko na on the spot, tutal luto naman na eh.
tapos pag uwi ko, wala na. iniregalo na ni esmi.

November 25th, 2018 01:03 AM #17Itong si santis bakit naman gumagamit na ng extenders(vegetable protein) Anak ng tokwa naman. Kailangan talaga nagbabasa ng ingredients.
Si monster frank type ko yung english banger. At nakuha nya attention ko dahil nakalagay no extenders, no msg.
Kay aguila ayaw ko meron vetsin.
Sana totoo ito ingredient ni swiss deli na plain simple ingredients - meat, nitrates, phosphates, spices. Ganyan lang dapat.
