Solons: ***y Pics ng Batangas Judge, Imoral!

I've been reading this news item in the broadsheets and the tabloids about this Judge from Batangas. Wala namang "mahalay" dun sa mga pix nya (11 pics, total), at medyo labas lang yung balikat. Mas malala pa nga yung pic nung policewoman na bumandera noon sa Friendster.

Inggit lang ata ang mga Tongressman natin. Baka mas maganda si Judge sa mga asawa nila.

PINATINGKAD umano ng 11 ***y pictures sa Friendster ng isang babaing huwes sa Batangas ang patuloy na pagbaba ng moralidad ng publiko lalo’t isa dapat itong kapita-pitagan miyembro ng Hudikatura.

Ganito ang reaksiyon ni Citizens Battle Against Corruption (CIBAC) Rep. Joel Villanueva sa reklamo ni Nueva Ecija Rep. Carlos Padilla, dating House Minority
Leader noong 12th Congress, sa media kaugnay sa mga kuhang larawan ng 43-anyos na si Batangas Regional Trial Court Judge Ma. Cecilia Austria sa Friendster na mistulang isang modelong “nang-aakit.”

“It’s very disappointing especially coming from a person who supposed to be look up to by our people. It’s a great sign that moral values of this nation is deteriorating,” ani Villanueva, anak ni evangelist Eduardo “Bro Eddie” Villanueva ng Jesus is Lord Movement (JIL).

Sinabi ni Villanueva na dapat umaksiyon ang Supreme Court (SC) sa usapin sa gitna ng malaking kontrobersiyang kinakarap ng pamahalaan dahil sa malawakang alegasyon umano ng katiwalian.

“Alam na nating may problema ang Executive branch, pero huwag naman sanang sumunod ang judiciary. We call on our Chief Justice to do something about this,” ani Villanueva.

Naniniwala naman si Aurora Rep. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, isang abogado at anak ni Sen. Edgardo “Edong” Angara, na SC ang siyang magpapasya sa kaso ni Austria.

“Na sa Supreme Court iyung power to discipline judges and members of the bar. It would depend really on whether the photos were bordering on obscenity. But ultimately, the SC will be the judge should anybody lodges a complaint,” ani Angara.

Sa panig ni Marikina City Rep. Marcelino Teodoro, dapat maging sensitibo si Austria sa pagpasok sa mga bagay-bagay na alam nitong makakapagdulot ng kontrobersiya sa kanyang pagkatao.

“The lady justice of Batangas should exercise propriety with her actions especially with the internet as a medium, where many can possibly view the pictures. As a public official with high moral responsibility to the public, she should exercise utmost sensitivity that can possibly tarnish her credibility,” ani Teodoro.

Sinabi ni Padilla, isang independent, na maaaring ma-access ng sinoman ang seksing mga larawan ni Austria sa http://www.friendster.com/39687546 na nagtatago sa palayaw na “Sesil” at interesadong magkaroon ng mga kaibigan.

Noong Hunyo 2007, isang babaing kasapi ng Philippine National Police na may ranggong Police Officer 2 at itinago sa pangalang “Queen Rubie” ang nalagay sa headlines ng mga pahayagan dahil sa ***y posing nito sa Friendster, kabilang ang picture na naka-bra na labis na pinagkaguluhan ng publiko.

Inereklamo ang posing ni Queen Rubie ng mga magulang dahil nakikita ito ng kanilang mga anak at nagsisilbing hindi umano magandang halimbawa sa publiko lalo’t isa itong miyembro ng PNP.

This is outrageous! Mr. Villanueva and Padilla, stop wasting taxpayers money and do your job...if you even know what your job is. Kung wala kayong magawa...mag walis na lang kayo ng kalye!

it's perfectly ok if she even did a fashion shoot in Venice or some cool place. but in the manner that she's trying to express it, sa public friendster pa hehehe. or of course, she might just be lonely and looking for a companion. the conservative ones could be wrong
