ako super! it's really difficult to move around when you have your period, especially when you experience dysmenorrhia, pamatay talaga, ako nga i faint most of the time because of the pain.
I have female friends who are capable enough of carrying on with their work kahit may "dalaw", and they look upon the idea of a menstrual leave as an insult to their abilities.
kcthere should always be some consideration especially with those who have painful menstruation everytime. it's really hard talaga, minsan nga feeling ko maooverdose na ko sa pain relievers but still it's not enough...

ate gretz, totoo daw ba na yung women with very painful menstruation eh nawawala na daw ang sakit pag nag asawa na sila? i'm just curious.

This would just discourage companies from hiring women. To them, downtime is loss of productivity. If women want to be treated equals then they have to show us they're equals di ba?
