Its a sign of being a rational being and that you're still a human..

My dog or cat doesnt show similar emotions towards me, its either they want to play, sleep, or sit besides me or they are hungry asking for food.. Humans could mean emotions in so many ways, so the answer for me isnt definite. U should know the person to determine this.

    Joke

Money talks-if the movie director says appear beat up, appear beat up.

Is this why Chuck is still alive?

I like Bruce Lee. These two fighters are very good in their own right

    Agree.

At work,- you have to wait for the right time if you decide to display a shade of your emotion, for the biggest impact.

But compliments and praises to your people,- they should be flying at every opportunity.

Not all people have the courage to talk about feelings, untill you opens up or ask about it then it becomes an opportunity for them to talk about. Some would rather act let the other feel the love, while most people would speak up.

The rule is, if you're meant then that's it pancit (sabi nga ni holden) ..

yeah yun na nga yung problem eh..they never open up until it's too late..either naggive up na yung tao or bigla na lang silang parang volcano mageexplode..may kinikimkim na palang sama ng loob..

well i guess pero ilang relationships na kaya yung nasira dahil dun?

Outside of work? Yeah. Unlike my wife and her relatives who like to beat around the bush, I tell it straight with the emotions to match.

Work? We have to have that professional, poker-face look no matter how much of an a**hole our client is.

Poker face look for clients? That is the fastest way to lose a sale.

Positive emotions are welcome in the workplace: i.e. Being happy when your team hits targets. Being cheerful with your bosses. Smiling and exhibiting a friendly demeanor to clients.

Negative emotions are no-no: Crying when the pressure gets too much in the office. Violent anger and rage when things go wrong. Jealousy and bitterness when a co-worker gets promoted etc.

sa burol ng certain asian cultures, poor ka kung walang iyakan (crying ladies). sa west naman, mahina ka kung umiyak ka sa publiko. but the crying man in paris during world war 2, is one of the most famous pictures in history..
but it's largely a physiological thing. and most of us have little control over our physiologies..
my take on this: no big deal.

Is showing your emotions a sign of weakness?
