The government plans to curb teenage pregnancy in the country by incorporating comprehensive *** education modules as early as kindergarten, Perez said.

"Hindi bagong subject ito. It will be integrated in the subjects that they have," he said.

"For example, 'yung kinder, tuturuan kung ano ang good touch at kung ano ang bad touch."

It is important for children to learn these at an early age as they are more prone to ***ual abuse, Perez said, noting that more Filipinos in the range of 10 to 14 years old got pregnant in 2017.

"Tumataas 'yung area na 'yun and we really want to address that. May elemento kasi 'yun ng abuse," he said.

There were at least 2,000 10 to 14-year-old Filipinos who were pregnant in 2017; that's 200 cases more than in 2016, he said.

"Mahalaga ang conprehensive ***ual education kasi ang kabataan ang informant lang nila ay kapwa kabataan," he said.

I read a study na yung mga maaga daw may s3x or romantic relationships, kulang sa pagmamahal or attention ng parents that's why they look for it outside. I think nasobrahan naman ako ng attention from parents LOL!

There's a viral video on FB, I would guess 14 or 15, having s3x in an outdoor bench, right beside them is a classmate that is sleeping and at least two people taking the video. IT was so disgusting to watch. Parang mga ANIMAL na kung saan saan na lang. So many wrong things: They did not care that it was outdoors, people watching, taking a video and yes no condom. They were still wearing PE uniform, binaba lang, nakaka baboy

DoH should start a scientific intervention drive to hormonally manipulate & delay the onset of puberty in teen girls.
This will do, at least, these:
-Help curb early teen conceptions.
-Extend the teen spiritual maturity window.
AND....
-Increase the AVERAGE FINAL HEIGHT of Filipinas.
It has long been studied & learned that FINAL HEIGHT is influenced by both height and age of ONSET of PUBERTAL GROWTH SPURT in normal maturing females. Pediatricians even advise delaying PGS.
A normal but early puberty exerts a negative effect on final height. A delayed PGS positively influences final height.

Conclusion:
Delayed Puberty=>Taller Women

So, if you want taller daughters & extended peace of mind....ask your pediatricians on PGS Delay.[emoji4]
