I am a physician, but I am not an Obstetrician.

The best answer should come from your wife, it depends whether she is ready, willing, and in the mood.

Medically, I would advised you to at least give your wife a week or two to recover and don't let her be on top. Just do the missionary position, specially for those who undergone CS.

Is it true that a woman won't get pregnant easily as long as she is still breastfeeding?

RE: *** after pregnancy. Only when she's ready. Besides... if it's a natural childbirth, you want to give her time to "get back in shape".

Yup. Hormones released during breast-feeding make pregnancy less likely. It's a natural form of birth control, so the woman can focus on nurturing her child.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

A word of warning though . . . I personally know a lot of people where the age difference of their kids are just 10-11 months.

This is TRUE up to about 2 months. If you read medical OB-GYNE books, it will say up to 6 months, but based on my experience 2 months is a more reliable answer. Otherwise we won't have this over population we have here in the Philippines.

Kaya nga kung minsan dala dalawa pa pinapa suso ng ibang mahirap.

I'll give you guys and gals a tip to keep your wife in perfect shape after giving birth.

It is true that a woman gains 20 lbs during pregnancy. Now here comes the important part... The woman who just gave birth have 6 months to loose that extra 20 lbs she gained during pregnancy. Why? Because after the 6th month... it does not matter how hard she works out... she will never loose that extra pounds left behind by pregnancy. So it is important for them to loose those extra weight within 6 months after giving birth. Deit and Exercise is the key. Plus, it helps keep away from Post Partum Depression.

Ceasarian kse medyo delikado mapwersa....it takes at least 3 months min!

Normal...sabi ng iba basta malinaw na raw ang pag ihi, pwede na! but just give your wife a break...3 months is better for recovery!

Syempre hindi pa stablize hormones ng asawa kaya wala pa sa mood.

Ang dami naman pwede gawin para hindi malibugan...

5months is very easy....... kahit hindi magsarili..... Even years......

Reward yourself by eating quality foods.....

S-26 ang usually binibigay sa mga new born... pwede kang magpalit kung hindi maganda yung dumi ng bata... check mo sa Pedia kung ano pwedeng ipalit. We started with S-26, then changed to NAN HW 1-2-3... because of Allergy.
