Naku,, ibang klase talaga...MANILA, Philippines – The *** video scandal involving a fiscal and a lady lawyer took a new twist Tuesday after the counsel for Prosecutor Philip dela Rosa categorically denied, for the first time, that his client was the man in the video, even as his alleged lover’s lawyer declined to make a similar denial.
“It’s not him,” Atty. Modesto Ticman Jr. said as the fiscal, his alleged lover and his wife, Dr. Aimee dela Rosa, were summoned to the Department of Justice. Asked why he [dela Rosa] has not categorically denied he’s the man in the video seen in a *** act with a woman, Ticman replied, on his client’s behalf: “I’m denying it now.”
Atty. Soledad Mawis, lawyer for Jihan Jacob, whom Mrs. Dela Rosa tagged as the one in the video with her husband, refused, however, to make such a categorical denial. Mawis said, “Nasa korte na po [It’s in the courts now], so we respect the terms of confidentiality that all parties agreed upon.”...............

In law, that's what we call res ipsa loquitor (the thing speaks for itself), hence, the video and pictures could be used against them by the offended wife and she need not to produce further evidence and/or witnesses.

Although the wife declined to be interviewed, she admitted anger at the betrayal and claimed the alleged mistress had even taunted her through text messages detailing about their trysts.
The wife said the woman teaches at a prominent law school and is said to be an expert on laws against violence against women.
In the affidavit she submitted to the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the court, the wife said she was aware her husband had several other affairs but chose to ignore these because she loved him and wanted to keep their family whole.
She added that she even gifted her husband, a vehicle aficionado, with a BMW car and a sports utility vehicle.
