Typical business model there, If demand is high raise the price and sell less instead of keeping it low and sell more quantity and make more money. Very short sighted of them.

The number is 09026 112200 as I read it here, thanks to you Dvldoc, it was made in jan 26 2009. I use it for my mazda 323 familia 1.3 li carb engine, as per my cross referencing it is also compatible for use with honda and mitsubishi cars.

kcboy, i think i also called the same dealer just this morning. same price but no stock as of now. i also told them that their price is too high. and it is only being sold at 765 per piece.

Sir Dvldoc, I don't have info with regards to the LF 3462 filter media, Is it just plain paper or reinforced synthetic media?

The LF3462 is Cellulose, 95% efficient at 30 microns 50% *15 microns. Fleetguards use a heavy duty Cellulose blend that's why they hold up to 4 times more dirt than your average over the counter filter.

Can we get a rough figure as to When to change these quality filters and also the oils. I mean in terms of Time, cos some cars can't get them to reach 5K km a year.

e.g. Mobil1 5w40 and BD28, used for a year for 3K km: When to change the filter, when to change the oil?
