Ano problem kapag hirap sa 1st and 2nd gear ang kotsemanual 95 corolla? Parang hirap kasi sa at parang nagjjack rabbit lalo na pag shift ako ng gear pero, ok naman takbo nya pag 3rd gear and up.

August 22nd, 2009 02:11 PM #7If you have a RPM counter on the dash this will show if the revs are climbing without any increase in car speed. If this happens then you have clutch slip.
Or....
When was the last time you had a tune-up? You might want to take her in for a tune-up b/c it sounds like a lot of gas is being wasted b/c of pulling a lot in acceleration in first and second gears. As a last resort, you may want to take her in to the service center for servicing. I'm sure they could tell you exactly the problem and advise you about it and you could then make an informed decision based on their information and advice. Good luck!
