Rattling sounds on the first rev?

Need help here mga sir.

The car is a 2001 Toyota Rav4 4x4 Matic.

Scenario:

kakakuha lang namin nung rav sa talyer since pinalitan yung PS kit nya due to leak. On the same day ng pagkuha ko ng oto eh wala pa ko napansin until yesterday nung gamitin ko eh, whenever na biglaan ang tapak ko from a full stop sa gas pedal eh may rattling sound(hindi naman yung tipong matagal. biglaan lang din yung rattle nya) akong naririnig pero after that eh nawawala naman kagad. pero tumutunog sya during my first rev from a full stop.

Parang somewhere sa gitna ng engine bay nanggagaling yung tunog.

kahit naka N ako eh naririnig ko din.

Is this something to do with the replacement ng PS Kit? hindi kaya may nagalaw sila or something?
