Need help..make my boxtype sl faster..

I have a Mits Lancer Boxtpye SL 1400..All stock lang siya, medyo bumagal na acceleration and top speed nya ngayon. I can feel it coz I travel everyday from Calamba to Alabang. Need help;

- Pano kaya mag improve acceleration and speed nya?
- Need to have it tuned up ba?
- Is there anything that I can adjust on the engine or I need to replace?
- Wat mga pwede ilagay or palitan to improve it? basta same pa din ung consumption ng gas

-Oh I forgot 1 thing, medyo may leak ng knti ung engine oil sa ilalim, mdyo natulo pero knti lang

Ipa condition mo muna ang makina before maglagay ng mods.

Mabilis naman talaga ang lancer box time basta naka condition ng mabuti ang makina.

kasalasan 4-speed ang ang transmission. magastos palitan ito. iyong differential, puwedeng palitan ng hi-speed. iyon lang nga, hihina ang acceleration.

yup. with out mods, kayang kaya ng box type na tumakbo ng 140+kph

Bro check nyo po yung brakes mo baka dragging yan. atsaka yung clutch mo.

You can ask a mechanic to advance the ignition timing to get you a few more HPs from your current engine. You can also get an aftermarket freeflow intake that is compatible to your engine.

Adjusting th engine for more power will definitely affect fuel consumption.

Takes more fuel to make more power.
