Need help Excessive white smoke

I have a lancer itlog 93 and I need help the problem is when I rev my car it emits white smoke. How can i resolve this issue and what causes it? already change my oil last october.

[pag idle chief its normal. once lang na nag rev ako saka siya na eemit ng smoke

I bought it 2nd hand last august 2007 and ever since i bought it di na ako naglalagay ng tubig. di siya nag ooverheat and never siya nababawasan ng tubig
