Is Toyota 4A-GEU (the one AE86 uses) hard to find now ? Where can I find one and how much ?

If I'm able to find one, how will it cost to restore it in near-perfect running condition ? I checked Wikipedia, the 4A series engine was produced from 1982 to 2002


Do you have better suggestions for alternatives ? Thanks
