Snake oil.
The only way to create an even, useful ceramic coating on engine parts is to take the engine apart and coat each part individually. This process also requires curing in an oven.
Trying to coat them by pouring ceramic particles into the engine oil is like trying to paint the inside of the engine by pouring paint into the oil pan. The parts that need the protection the most won't get coated.
One ceramic additive that has actually shown some gain is R*SR's "Ran Up" oil treatment, which uses microscopic ceramic spheres that actually reduce friction... but don't count on anything leaving a continuous layer of anything after you've changed the oil.
