    Not impressed with the Delvac 1340 at all, viscosity index of only 102 and tbn of 8.2. Notice no cummingas rating its because it is not for extended oil change intervals.

    Yup, its for your regular 5,000kms non-turbo pre-EGR diesel.

    +1.... Better use mobil delvac mx... Ver robust oil...
    For me when it comes to HDEO( heavy duty engine oil) it will be among this three ,, mobil delvac mx15w40 or delo gold ultra 15w40 and shell rimula....

    last time i checked nasa 249 per liter sa ace hardware. sa marquee mall a.c dept store nasa 239 lang per liter.

    Previously on delo 400.
    Now using top 1 SDO. Parang medyo weird yung oil, nakakapanibago. Its green in color but smells nice like a tutti frutti.

    i don't think it smells tutti frutti. it smells really really bad. matapang, that's the word for it.

    Okay sir, so Php10 lang ang difference sa price. I was thinking na baka around Php200-210 lang ito sa banawe pero kung Php10 lang ang difference, pwede na sa Ace.

    Hahaha. I guess i just plagiarised ( borrowed tutti frutti from mechanic) . Matapang is very subjective term if used to describe smell. Did smell it and tutti frutti for me. Did not taste it but my cars engine did, tutti frutti for him also. Joke
    Will observe if + or - effect. Hope its good enough for a 5k km OCI on OEM filter.
