Mechanic with Timing Light Cubao Area. How Much?

Hi! Guys can you recommend me a mechanic with a timing light for engine tune up? Would want to have my Car's timing adjusted. Please also give me an estimate on how much the charge will be for tune up, timing adjustment. THanks!
