If you have a 10 year old or older car then siguro may benefits, pero kung bago pa oto mo, say 5 yrs old, wala siguro.

I have a friend who installed thicker and additional grounds on his EF civic wala sya masyado napansin na gain or whatever, pero medyo gumanda daw idle nya, well thats according to him.

AFAIK, applicable lang sa carb engines, may aadjust ka na screw to control how much gas goes in... correct me if am wrong.

Driving habits and planning your trips will give you the most bang for the buck pa rin. Keeping your car light and the tire pressure in check also counts.

Another thing you can do is you can have your timing retarded a bit and continue using regular unleaded fuel. I have not tried this but it was suggested to me before by a friend who i consider knowledgeable with cars/engines.
