    the interval of the oil change and the quality of the filter are the most important factors

    any oil with API-SM specifications will do...

    10w-40 is good... and get a good filter also, example( wix/donaldson/fleetguard/baldwin/purolator)

    semi synthetic will be your best option, affordable and still gives good protection and cleanliness int he engine,
