The way with most folks' appreciation of vocabulary, they probably misused the term to mean something else. Like people always refer to used or chop-chop parts as 'surplus'. Strictly speaking, surplus means an overrun on production. In other words, it should be brand new. Another word is "salvaged" to describe somebody murdered, mutilated, and thrown in a vacant lot, instead of possibly "savaged". I could go on but... OT.
Anyway, you could ask the reseller or retail store to explain what they meant.

April 12th, 2017 02:25 PM #8i was looking for a V headlight for fortuner 2016, since mine is a G and i really want the OEM DRL. I posted on a specific group on FB. Meron nagpm sakin offering below the price i researched, i asked kung bakit ganun kababa and he said it was a casa pullout. The gentleman also provided pictures that it came from Toyota Indonesia.
I am really careful of the headlights since the ones from Thailand are RHD headlights. Even though i want to get it from a reputable third party shop, i know they source it from thailand. Indonesia though is LHD correct?
