Voltage Drop Problem

while engine running and revving up a little and with blower speed at 1, my voltmeter reads around 13.8volts. when i turn on my highbeams(2x130watts) using the pass switch so only the headlights are on, voltmeter reads around 13.4volts. released the pass switch and switched on A/C, voltmeter reads around 13.2volts.

is this normal that my A/C compressor together with the condenser fan consumes more current than my two 130watts high beams? do you think there's nothing wrong with either my compressor's connection or that of the condenser fan?

thanks... and btw, both headlights and A/C has their own relays and the voltmeter's connection is out of the way from both connections as well.
