    currently, naka-rekta po ang fan ng 4af ko. ano po mga kailangan para ibalik sa dating setup?

    tahimik na kasi ang engine pero malakas ang tunog ng fan, gusto ko po sana ibalik sa aandar lang sya pag tumaas ang temperature. para humaba na din buhay ng fan ko

    check your thermoswitch baka sira na kaya ni rekta na lang.

    nakuha ko na kasi na ganito na ang setup. how much po ba ang thermoswitch for 4af? ano po itsura? para pagpunta ko ng autosupply di ako basta maloko

    up for this thread. parehas tayo bossing, yung fan ko naka-rekta na sa aircon. sana may makapagexplain kung paano maibabalik na separate siya. thanks!

    do it! kung hindi mo alam papano, ay dalhin mo sa talyer. baka nga yung mga naka-tambay na mekaniko sa auto parts store, puede nilang gawin yan..
    baka nga sira lang yung thermoswitch, kaya ni-rekta..
    o baka naman nag-o-overheat kapag hindi naka-rekta.. in which case, ihanda mo ang iyong purtamoneda..

    Tama paayos nyo na yan. Mataas na ang 1500 sa thermoswitch. Masisira agad ang motor ng radiator at hinde maganda sa makina in the long run.

    ipabalik mo sa original setup. there is a reason why the thermoswitch is there.
    kuha ko sa akin (hyundai getz), asa 1.2k.

    4AF na pang small body? Merong replacement na thermoswitch yan. Nasa P500-600 lang. Lakas sa gas niyan pag rekta fan.

    ^Directly, walang connection sa gas pero magiging load sya ng alternator at yung alternator, load ng makina.

    Hindi dahil Sa alternator kaya lumalakas sa gas. Its because the engine sensor rely cold engine. Therefore it burns more gas to try and bring it back to normal operating temp.

    The fan can not make the engine cold enough to go below it's normal operating temperature to a point that it will consume more fuel.

    Kaya pala kung overheat, recta fan. Hindi pala kaya palamigin Ng fan Yung engine.

    Kung normal operating temp na then andar pa rin fan, Hindi na pala bababa temp.

    The fan is there to blow heat away from the radiator just keep it at constant operating temperature but it does not mean it can make the engine temperature lower than normal. There is a temp gauge at the instrument panel. You can check it.

    Exactly, then there's the thermo switch to turn it off when its at normal operating temp. Continue that, it will cool it more than normal. That's why recta Sa overheat, to give it cooler than normal water flow.

    Anyway, no sense arguing.
